The nigth front desck atendant was eceptional corteus and very good solving any problems never forget the ecepcinL service he offer us and allways with a smile and tremendous patient he deserves to be the manager of the hotel with employes like himthe hotel would stay full shame his only one and not ten he deserve a promotion tanks

I came here for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. Great value, room was cool, staff were amicable. This reasonably priced and stylish hotel had central setting to the MAD airport. What's more, it was close to a big supermarket, Meson Casa Ludena a nice restaurant, and Madrid, Toledo & local regional parks.

Beautiful room with a wonderfully comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom with bidet. Quite near local train service to Atosha Madrid [About 20 min].Don't choose the Metro option, it will take you a lot lot longer to arrive!
Being English a kettle would have been a nice touch in the room, also a choice of pillow heights. My pillow was rather too high for comfort.

You won't want to miss the desserts at Colala Buffet, I had some epic finds! The room was comfy and spacious. The nearby shopping center was super convenient for grabbing snacks. The staff were helpful, ready to.
While the breakfast was tasty, they don't serve any veggies-not a green in sight! A bit of cigarette smoke lingered on our floor, despite the no smoking rule, but it didn't deter from our good times.

The room was really spacious and comfy, perfect for a solo traveler. The unique bathtub design was a nice touch-it had a glass protector that kept the floor dry, which I appreciated. The bed was super comfy, so I slept well. The location makes it easy to access nearby places. The free parking is a big win. Just a few things could be better, like not having a balcony, and I heard some noise early in the morning that woke me up. But overall, a solid stay!

That the hotel was so central (for my family visit)
90% of the staff were excellent - but a receptionist on being asked on two seperate evenings for recommendations for a nice restaurant, firstly sent us to one that was just a bar and the second one had close...it would be nice to have a little more up to date information?
